Questions about your programme.

Course production, learner access and platform delivery. These answers explain what to discuss when scoping the work.

Getting started

What does MyCourseWork do?

We produce courses and run branded learning environments for organisations. You can commission course-production work, arrange platform delivery or scope both in one programme.

Who is the service for?

Organisations with people to train, including regulated industries, enterprise teams, government programmes and industry bodies. The course and delivery arrangements depend on the audience and training requirements.

What should we bring to a discussion?

An outline of the audience and what they need to learn. Include existing source material, any approval requirements and the platform you currently use.

Learner experience

Can learners use a phone?

Yes. Courses use responsive browser layouts for phones, tablets and computers. Learners can watch video, complete quizzes and work through lesson activities in the browser.

Do learners need to sign in?

Public course access can be configured. Signed-in access supports identified learner records and certificates. We agree the access model for your programme during setup.

What completion evidence is available?

The platform records lesson progress and quiz results. Authenticated learners can receive completion certificates. Configured programmes can produce PDF training-completion records, with completion rules agreed during setup.

Course content

How do you use AI in production?

We use the Claude model family, including Opus, Sonnet and Haiku, for writing and review. ChatGPT image generation using GPT Image supports branded illustrations and diagrams. AI-assisted scripts, narration and animation support explainer video.

Who reviews the content?

We review the course against the agreed sources and learning objectives. Your subject-matter experts check technical accuracy and training requirements before publication. Review responsibilities are set out in the project brief.

Can we update a published course?

Yes. Course content uses Markdown lessons and JSON quizzes in Git. Branches let authors prepare updates separately and review changes before merging them into the published course. Ongoing maintenance is scoped in the proposal.

Technical

Can courses use our brand and domain?

Yes. Tenant branding includes logos, colours and typography. Custom-domain support exists in the platform; your domain needs to be configured during setup.

What does SSO-ready mean here?

The platform uses Clerk authentication. Single sign-on depends on your identity provider and the Clerk configuration. We confirm those requirements as part of the proposed rollout.

Can we keep our existing LMS?

SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 export are implemented. A signed Moodle launch supports enrolment-checked access for DroneTrust. Your course, target LMS and required integration work need to be checked before hand-off.

What reports and webhooks are available?

Admin learner reports show progress, completion and recorded activity. Clerk user-sync webhooks update identity records. External progress integration uses a tenant-configured API; its requirements are scoped for the programme.

Pricing & terms

How is the work priced?

We quote course production and platform delivery against your programme. The proposal sets out deliverables, configuration, support, usage limits and commercial terms, including GST treatment.

Who owns the course content?

Our terms say you retain ownership of the course content you create or upload. The project proposal confirms commissioned deliverables, source files and arrangements for later updates.

Can we see the platform before making a decision?

Yes. Arrange a walkthrough using your audience and training requirements. We can cover the learner experience, branding, records and course-production process.

Talk through your requirements.

Tell us who needs to learn and what they need to do. We will scope the course and its delivery.
